A: All designs at The Umbral Library are created by me using a mix of creative tools, including AI. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted, curated, and refined with care. You’re supporting a one-woman creative studio—thank you!
Q: Are your products for personal use or can I resell them?
A: All items are for personal use only. Reselling, modifying, or distributing my artwork in any way is not permitted. See Licensing Info for more.
Digital Products
Q: How will I receive my digital downloads?
A: After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also download your files immediately from the confirmation page.
Q: I didn’t receive my file. What should I do?
A: First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email me at contact@theumbrallibrary.com and I’ll make sure you get it!
Q: Can I get a refund on a digital product?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. But if there’s a problem with your file, just reach out—I’m happy to help!
Physical Products
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: When will my item ship?

Q: Can I return or exchange a physical item?
A: I accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo.

A: Not at the moment, but I love hearing your ideas! Feel free to send suggestions—sometimes they inspire new designs.
Q: Can I get a commercial license?
A: No, I currently do not offer commercial licenses. All products are personal use only.
